RETURNS POLICY
We provide a 14 day no questions asked returns policy on all EnChroma spectacles, the only condition being that they are in resalable condition. This policy is in place due to the fact that very severe types of colour deficiency cannot be treated with EnChroma lenses.
Shipping
Standard Delivery is 1-3 Business Days once payment is received. If there are any delays you will be notified by e-mail once we have sighted your order, and will offer a refund if there is a lengthy delay. Any dates quoted by Colour Blindness NZ for delivery of products are approximations, due to this, actual delivery time may be shorter or longer. Colour Blindness NZ is not liable for any delay in delivery of the products caused. Unless the customer notifies Colour Blindness NZ differently on the day of delivery (this notification must be confirmed in writing within two days) the Products will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.
Warranty
The same process as faulty goods claims applies to warranty claims i.e. order of repair/replace/refund. The warranty period begins on the date goods are received. The warranty provided by Colour Blindness NZ does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, courier, usage and/or storage, normal wear and tear, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence. Any attempt by any person other than Colour Blindness NZ personnel or any person authorised by Colour Blindness NZ, to adjust, repair or support the products supplied by Colour Blindness NZ will result in a void warranty.

Colour Blindness NZ may revise or discontinue products at any time without notice. Shipping is free for addresses within New Zealand. Colour Blindness NZ tries to keep its stock levels up-to-date on their site, however if an order is placed on unavailable stock we will contact customers as soon as possible to advise of delivery periods and other solutions. We are a GST registered company. As such, GST and invoices are provided on request.
